Administration

The spiritual board—composed of the Chief Apostle, Chief Prophet, Chief Evangelist, Chief Pastor, and Chief Theologian—provides leadership and seeks God’s guidance for Missions2Nations and its headquarters, Bread of Life Worship Church.

This structure promotes accountability at every level and avoids monarchy-style leadership that can cause stress and inefficiency. An advisory board supports natural affairs and includes:

  • Representatives from Deacons, Ushers, Hospitality, and Security Boards

Member Services

Member Services functions as the church’s human resources department, maintaining membership records, organizing training, and ensuring clear communication. The department manages onboarding, offboarding, tithe and offering reports, and provides timely updates. It reports administratively to the Church Administrator and functionally to the Pastor.

Finance & Budget

The Church Accountant oversees budgets, revenue forecasts, expenditures, and financial planning for future projects. This role ensures the church operates within an annual budget, reporting administratively to the Church Administrator and functionally to the spiritual board.

Audit

The Church Auditor evaluates performance against goals, reviews financial reports, and ensures ministries function as intended. This role strengthens accountability, prepares performance reports, and ensures compliance with laws and asset security. The auditor reports administratively to the Church Administrator and functionally to the spiritual board.

Legal

The Legal Department provides counsel on church projects and ensures compliance with relevant laws. Duties include reviewing contracts, drafting liability protections, and safeguarding the church. The team reports administratively to the Church Administrator and functionally to the Chief Prophet.

Facilities Maintenance

Facilities Maintenance oversees church property, manages capital projects, and tracks fixed assets. This team reports administratively to the Church Administrator and functionally to the Chief Apostle.

Events Coordination

The Events Coordinator organizes church events, ensuring smooth communication across departments. For conferences and revivals, the coordinator manages logistics to support the church’s mission. This role reports administratively to the Church Administrator and functionally to the spiritual board.

Communications and Advertising

This team manages consistent messaging across ministries, oversees external communication, builds branding, and protects the church’s public image. They report administratively to the Church Administrator and functionally to the Evangelist.

Deacon Board

The Deacon Board supports administrative tasks, reporting administratively to the Church Administrator and functionally to the spiritual board.

Usher Board

Ushers serve as gatekeepers, assisting with seating and maintaining order during services. They report administratively to the Church Administrator and functionally to the Pastor.

Hospitality

Hospitality ensures guests and visitors are welcomed and informed, while also meeting the needs of guest speakers and dignitaries. They report administratively to the Church Administrator and functionally to the Pastor.

Security

The Security team safeguards church members and leadership both locally and during travel. They report administratively to the Church Administrator and functionally to the spiritual board.
