Apostle Tony Outlaw, was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. After graduating from Enloe High School in 1986, he attended St. Augustine's College (1986-1987) and North Carolina Central University (1987-1990). After leaving college, Apostle Outlaw, served in the U.S. Army as a Dental Technician, from 1990-1996, with assignments at Frankfurt Germany, Ft. Sam Houston, TX., Ft. Benning, GA., and Ft. Hood, TX. After returning home from military service, he worked as a Dental technician, Dental Consultant (Outlaw Dental Solutions), Dental Office Manager, as well as a Dental continuing education instructor. Apostle Outlaw gave his heart to the lord at a young age (12yrs old) and re-dedicated his life to Christ, on February 14, 1998. On January 27, 1997, Apostle Outlaw, met his wife (known as his "Precious Jewel") Evangelist Lisa Outlaw, and they married the following year on November 20, 1998, at the Upper Room, in Raleigh, North Carolina: They have 2 children. In April 1999, Apostle Outlaw accepted his call to ministry, under the dynamic leadership of Superintendent Dr. Patrick L. Wooden, Sr., of the Upper Room. For several years, Apostle Outlaw, actively served in the Upper Room ministry both in new member services and the men's department. Apostle Outlaw is the founder of Bread of Life Worship Church; a non-denominational bible teaching spirit-filled church. This ministry gives him the opportunity to evangelize, teach and preach the gospel to all who will hear and adhere to God's word. Along with his duties and responsibilites of the church, he serves as the head of ministry training for Missions2Nations, a non-profit evangelistic outreach ministry, currently serving leaders in Kenya and Uganda. In 2004, he received his diploma in Biblical studies , and he is a 2006 graduate of Harris Barber College, with a diploma in Barber Science. Elder Outlaw, currently owns and operates Razor Kings Barbershop ( a Christian and family oriented Barber Shop) in Knightdale, NC. He is known for preaching the gospel with unwavering boldness, power and authority, living a lifestyle of holiness, and as a dedicated family man, and Christian business owner.

"And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry; Who was before a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious: but I obtained mercy, because I did it ignorantly in unbelief. And the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus. This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief. Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting. Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen." For this truly summarizes his testimony and Christian walk.
