On October 12, 2012, Bread of Life Worship Church was formed by Apostle Tony Outlaw and Prophetess Lisa Outlaw. They ventured out and left their former church to start a new work, unsure of what was to come or who would join them. However, God had given them a mandate to raise up His soldiers, and that is what they set out to do.

Now, after 12 years, they have a beautiful church that feels like a family, where the saints love the Lord and focus solely on worship, preaching, Bible literacy, and fellowship. They intentionally left out some of the newer elements that have entered churches today, such as committees and various social activities. Not that they judge other churches for these practices, but they believe that when churches include too many different things, beyond what God established in the Bible, it can sometimes be used for evil by the devil. So, they aim to keep it simple and pure.

In 2015, they purchased land debt-free and are moving forward to do the same with the building. Over these 12 years, they have paced themselves and saved as God provided, avoiding debt or burdening the saints. Their goal has been to grow at the pace God set for them. Now they are in a season of harvest. They spent the first 12 years planning and growing leadership in the first two years. Now, God is adding more membership to Bread of Life Worship Church.
