Church Administration and Ministries
Administration
The spiritual board, consisting of the Chief Apostle, Chief Prophet, Chief Evangelist, Chief Pastor, and Chief Theologian, provides leadership and seeks God's guidance for Missions2Nations and its headquarters, Bread of Life Worship Church.
This structure ensures accountability at every level, avoiding a monarchy-style leadership to prevent stress and inefficiency. An advisory board assists with natural affairs and includes:

- Church Legal Counsel
- Facilities Administrator
- Events Coordinator
- Representatives from Deacons, Ushers, Hospitality, and Security Boards
Member Services
Member Services acts as the church’s human resources department, tracking membership, organizing training sessions, and ensuring clear communication. This department handles onboarding, offboarding, issuing tithe and offering reports, and providing updates in a timely manner. Member Services administratively reports to the Church Administrator and functionally to the Pastor.
Finance & Budget
The Church Accountant manages budgets, forecasts revenue, tracks expenditures, and provides financial advice for decision-making on future projects. This role ensures the church operates within an annual budget and administratively reports to the Church Administrator while functionally reporting to the spiritual board.
Audit
The Church Auditor compares actual performance against goals, reviews financial reports, and ensures ministries operate as intended. This role provides accountability, drafts performance reports, and ensures compliance with laws and the security of assets. The auditor administratively reports to the Church Administrator and functionally to the spiritual board.
Legal
The Legal Department provides counsel on projects and ensures compliance with laws governing the church. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, drafting provisions to mitigate liability, and protecting the church. The Legal team administratively reports to the Church Administrator and functionally to the Chief Prophet.
Facilities Maintenance
Facilities Maintenance oversees church property upkeep, tracks fixed assets, and manages capital projects. This team administratively reports to the Church Administrator and functionally to the Chief Apostle.
Events Coordination
The Events Coordinator organizes church events, ensuring smooth communication across departments. For conferences and revivals, they manage all details to support the church’s mission. This role administratively reports to the Church Administrator and functionally to the spiritual board.
Communications and Advertising
This team ensures consistent messaging across all ministries, oversees outbound communication, manages branding, and protects the church’s image. The Communications team administratively reports to the Church Administrator and functionally to the Evangelist.
Deacon Board
The Deacon Board assists with administrative tasks and reports administratively to the Church Administrator and functionally to the spiritual board.
Usher Board
Ushers serve as the gatekeepers of the church, providing seating assistance and maintaining order during services. They administratively report to the Church Administrator and functionally to the Pastor.
Hospitality
Hospitality ensures guests and visitors are treated respectfully and provided necessary information for a pleasant experience. They also manage the needs of guest speakers and dignitaries. Hospitality administratively reports to the Church Administrator and functionally to the Pastor.
Security
The Security team ensures the safety of church members and leadership locally and during travel. They administratively report to the Church Administrator and functionally to the spiritual board.
